Services

Four practical offers built around real operational improvement.

KronForge sells scoped discovery, approved design, focused implementation, and ongoing managed improvement. We do not promise every possible future feature as part of a recurring fee.

01

Technical Baseline & Operations Discovery

A paid, read-only assessment of agreed systems and one or two high-friction processes. This can include technical environments such as AD, Microsoft 365, endpoint and patching tools, monitoring, virtualization, firewall and switch inventory, ticketing, backup, and approved vendor APIs where relevant.

Deliverables can include a system map, documentation gaps, process map, risk register, and a prioritized improvement backlog.

02

Operations Blueprint

An approved design that defines process rules, ownership, approvals, connector contracts, data controls, reporting, rollout, recovery, and support boundaries.

The blueprint turns discovery findings into a governed build plan rather than jumping straight into code.

03

Custom Operations Implementation

KronForge deploys Core, configures the right connections, documents the solution in the Wiki, and builds the agreed operational functions in focused releases.

The result is a tailored operational system, not a generic blank automation canvas handed to the client.

04

Managed Continuous Improvement

Ongoing documentation, integration monitoring, reporting, governed changes, and maintenance. This keeps the operational system current after launch.

Major new work is separately scoped so the recurring service remains honest and maintainable.

How we start

Discovery is the best first engagement for most clients.

It is concrete, useful on its own, and grounded in evidence. Even if a client is not ready for a larger software build yet, discovery produces clarity, documentation, and a better next-step decision.

How we stay disciplined

Ongoing work is governed, not open-ended.

KronForge aims for durable, high-trust relationships. That only works when scope, approvals, change boundaries, and support expectations stay explicit.
