KronForge is intentionally narrower than a generic platform pitch. These are the questions we expect most often.
Do you replace our existing software?
No. KronForge connects the systems you already use and builds the governed operational layer around them.
Do we have to build workflows ourselves?
No. KronForge is delivered as purpose-built operational pages and managed implementation, not as a blank workflow-canvas product the client has to own.
Is this one-size-fits-all?
No. Every client gets KronForge Core plus an Operations layer tailored to the work that actually matters to that business.
Can AI make changes on its own?
No. KronForge uses governed, permission-aware AI assistance. Material actions still require the approval appropriate to their risk.
Where does our data live?
Each client suite is isolated. Exact deployment and hosting details are agreed based on the client's needs and risk profile.
Do you work with MSPs?
Yes. KronForge can work with MSP partners under a defined agreement. Referral, resale, or white-label structures may be available by agreement.
