The KronForge IT Operations Suite

One secure entry point. Focused workspaces. A connected IT operation.

KronForge gives your team one coherent experience while preserving clear boundaries between the tools that already own your identity, infrastructure, endpoint management, monitoring, tickets, contracts, and other operational data.

Portal and shared foundation

A shared foundation that makes each workspace stronger.

The KronForge Portal is the secure entry point for the suite. It provides role-aware access, navigation, search, notifications, an attention queue, and shared visibility across the workspaces a user is allowed to access.

  • Central identity, role-aware authorization, and audit history.
  • Connector Hub for controlled integrations and credential references.
  • Living documentation, service context, runbooks, and the governed Brain.
  • Notifications, tasks, approvals, exception handling, and evidence records.
  • Reporting and derived operational views.
Connected workspaces

A workspace is defined by the job to be done - not by a vendor API.

An IT team can use the same Active Directory data in identity, security, infrastructure, and service workflows without turning all of those concerns into one confusing screen.

KronForge keeps each operational context clear while allowing approved information and processes to work together. Clients do not need every workspace. A client may begin with patch operations and knowledge, then add identity hygiene, asset lifecycle, security evidence, or vendor renewals when those needs become important.

Connector Hub

Connect systems through approved capabilities - not shared credentials.

The Connector Hub manages integrations, connector health, credential references, approved actions, and integration audit records. Workspaces do not receive unrestricted vendor tokens. They receive only the capabilities they are authorized to use.

For example, an Infrastructure workspace may retrieve endpoint deployment results or dispatch an approved maintenance action. A Budget workspace may view renewal and contract data, but it cannot perform infrastructure changes simply because it uses the same Portal.

Visible processes

Every important process is understandable, traceable, and versioned.

KronForge maintains a versioned process definition, rules, roles, approvals, integration and API contracts, failure and recovery behavior, and execution trace for material work.

Users see purpose-built screens for the job; when a process needs to be reviewed, improved, audited, or diagnosed, the underlying flow and evidence are available.

Build on your stack
